Rent vs buy in Innsbrook -what makes sense?
First post here. It's a a small town city with about 8,559 people. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
