Considering International Falls vs Omaha -help me decide

So, Household incomes average around $61,043 in International Falls. Rent is about $753/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $115,000, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. TIA! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much pricey but now it's challenging.
