Inverness housing prices -when will it stop?

Hey, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great craft beer places. I love the pace of life here.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
