Freelancing from Iowa City -experience?

I'm a remote worker and With a population of 75,264, Iowa City is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $273,600 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? The suburbs are where most families end up.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is improving in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. it's not perfect but it works for me. Worth doing your research before committing.
