Best neighborhoods in Iowa Colony

Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Iowa Colony sits at 57.2 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Let me know your thoughts. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is traffic. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value job market, you'll love it. The food scene is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. My neighborhood (North) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Portland, be prepared for the culture shock. cultural scene is completely different here. And Not a lot of cultural diversity.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
