The good and bad of living in Iowa Colony

Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 11,028 people. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
