Is public transit usable in Iowa Falls?

Hey everyone, It's a a small town city with about 5,062 people. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
