Considering Irmo vs Tucson -help me decide

Been living here since 2022. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
