Irondequoit is underrated, change my mind

Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Irondequoit sits at 839.1 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Downtown side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
