What I wish I knew before living in Irondequoit

The median home value here is around $169,000, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 50,438, Irondequoit is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
