Studio apartments in Ironton -options?

So, We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much affordable but now it's average.
