First post here. Median household income is $129,647, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 308K people. Homes are going for about $1,115,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
