Curious what people think. I'm originally from Indianapolis and It's a a mid-size city city with about 308K people. Homes are going for about $1,115,400 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Irvine? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
