The good and bad of living in Irvine
I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $129,647 in Irvine. Rent is about $2,893/month for a decent place. It's a a mid-size city city with about 308K people. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
