What I love about living in Irvine

I've been living in Irvine, CA for 8 years now and honestly, there's a lot to love. There are tons of parks and outdoor spaces. Schools in our area are really good. The community here is growing fast. If you're thinking about moving here, feel free to ask me anything.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Cedar Hills. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is the west side tends to be more affordable. Makes a big difference.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Eastside and University District are perfectly safe.

As someone who moved here from Philadelphia, I can confirm most of this. The cost of living surprised me the most.

Check out the Riverside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.
