I'm originally from Seattle and The median home value here is around $287,300, which seems about average. Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
