Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 1 months ago and The median home value here is around $169,100, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 11.9%, which is concerning. It's a a small town city with about 1,801 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
