Healthcare options in Isabela zona urbana?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $19,281, which feels on the lower side for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
