Thinking about relocating to Isabela zona urbana from San Diego

Hey everyone, Been living here since 2017. Median household income is $19,281, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Came here for family and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The nightlife is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in South for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Diverse dining options
- The dating scene scene is average

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Urban sprawl is real

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in South area are excellent. Kids love it here.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Asian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
