So, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in hospitality here and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market for my field is improving. Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Pine Hills area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
