Alright, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $1,192,200 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Isle of Palms sits at 22.9 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance!
