First time home buyer in Issaquah

OK so I work in engineering and Household incomes average around $153,786 in Issaquah. You can expect to pay around $2,484 for rent here. Rent is about $2,484/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,472 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Maple Ridge area are improving. Kids love it here.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
