OK so I work in engineering and Household incomes average around $153,786 in Issaquah. You can expect to pay around $2,484 for rent here. Rent is about $2,484/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 39,472 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
