Hey folks, My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 39,472 people. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
