Co-working spaces in Itasca?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $375,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I have mixed feelings honestly.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is job market. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Boston it's excellent.
