Hey everyone, Rent is about $1,779/month for a decent place. Median household income is $111,898, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
