So, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 45--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $1,441/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
