How much do you pay for rent in Ivanhoe?

Alright, Been living here since 2020. Median household income is $55,108, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 9.2%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Ivanhoe?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want healthcare, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is food scene. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
