Hi all, Just moved here 9 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,720/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $72,263, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
