Best restaurants in Ivins?

Hi all, Just moved here 9 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,720/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $72,263, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in East for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- The pet-friendliness scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. No regrets on my end..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it was the best decision I ever made. Worth doing your research before committing.
