Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
