How are the schools in Jackson?

Alright, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $44,508, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $818 for rent here. With a population of 5,648, Jackson is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
