How is the nightlife in Jackson?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want safety, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Sunset area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
