Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and The median home value here is around $108,200, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
