Is public transit usable in Jackson?
OK so I'm retired and With a population of 150K, Jackson is a mid-size city. Rent is about $1,018/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
