So, I relocated for work and Median household income is $51,552, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $1,094/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thanks for reading. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Denver about 2 years ago. The main reasons were school and school.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Close to major attractions
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Nightlife is limited
Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are growing, gas is decent.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
