Things that make Jackson unique

Random thought, Just moved here 17 months ago and Homes are going for about $195,000 on average. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,094/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
