Job market in Jacksonville for tech?

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $794 for rent here. Poverty rate is 16.6%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a small town city with about 14,345 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Came here for family and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cost of living is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
