Alright, I work in legal and Crime rate is something to consider -Jacksonville sits at 958.5 per 100K. With a population of 29,285, Jacksonville is a smaller city. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
