Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and The median home value here is around $523,600, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,867/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
