What I love and hate about Jacksonville

Random but

 Traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past year.

Home prices averaging  is {home_feel}. Home prices averaging  is {home_feel}.

I don't understand why more people don't talk about Ponte Vedra. The community in Ponte Vedra is really tight-knit.

Honestly it depends on what you prioritize. If walkability matters most, then yeah Jacksonville is great. But if you need public transit, might want to look at Southside instead.
