Best apartments in Jacksonville under ?

Alright, I've been here for 6 years and Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 73,507, Jacksonville is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 73,507 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The dating scene is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a physical therapist who relocated here from New York about 9 years ago. The main reasons were retirement and retirement.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Affordable housing options
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are pricey, gas is improving.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
