How much do you pay for rent in Jacksonville?

OK so Homes are going for about $191,700 on average. Household incomes average around $54,069 in Jacksonville. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 73,507 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Came here for work and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
