Jacksonville quality of life -am I missing something?

Household incomes average around $54,069 in Jacksonville. You can expect to pay around $1,268 for rent here. Homes are going for about $191,700 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
