Hey everyone, Been living here since 2023. Rent is about $1,268/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Anyone in a similar situation?
