Couple moving to Jacksonville from out of state

Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $864 for rent here. Rent is about $864/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2019 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great seafood places. it's been a really good experience overall.
