Rent in Jamesburg getting crazy

I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much competitive but now it's improving.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The job market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to LA it's tough.
