Jamestown in the winter -how bad?
OK so Just moved here 11 months ago and The unemployment rate is 0.2%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
