Co-working spaces in Jamestown?

Curious what people think. Rent is about $741/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 41--F, so bundle up in winter. The median home value here is around $192,500, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 15,774 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in South. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in real estate. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: better than expected. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Definitely worth checking out..
