First post here. I've been here for 12 years and With a population of 28,401, Jamestown is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $755 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,401 people. Household incomes average around $44,878 in Jamestown. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The housing market is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much affordable but now it's solid.
