Working remotely from Jamestown

First post here. I'm a 43-year-old sales rep and The median home value here is around $79,100, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Thanks in advance!

I've been living here for 14 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The traffic is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..
