We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Pine Hills area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Seattle about 4 years ago. The main reasons were work and quality of life.
Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good schools in most areas
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is average.
Socially, the quality of life is solid. Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
